There's a lot of talk about overwhelming sales reps with sales enablement content. I totally agree. But let's also not forget about buyers. So much dense content is sent their way, much of it generic, much of it irrelevant. Let's not forget they have a full-time job and buying software is just a means-to-an-end for them. Keep it simple. Keep it light. Keep it relevant. Make it easy for them to say YES by answering the following: ? What you understand to be their priorities ? How you can help them achieve them ? SHOW them how (think interactive demo, demo video, ROI calculator) ? How you've successful helped similar customers achieve this ? How much it's going to cost ? How you're going to get them to value FAST and to continue experiencing value over time ? How they can proceed if they'd like to give you a shot That's it. No more. Unless they ask for something else specific. But this should cover 90%+ of everything. And provide this information in a single place (no scattered over emails) so they can reference it and share it with their buying committee. Make buying from you a simple step towards achieving their job, not a job in and of itself.

One of the product marketing challenges with AI is positioning it in a way where it isn't just seen as "yet another AI feature for the sake of AI". I'm talking about real features that solve real problems and just so happen to use AI to do it. They risk getting lost in the noise. Do you focus on the problem it solves, the value of your solution, and leave AI out of the story completely? Or do you mention AI (after all, it's something many are thinking about...) and hope that it doesn't distract from the core value of your solution? Curious how others are approaching this...
