Assertive Home Care Services is a non-medical home care agency providing service to the infirmed and elderly to all areas of San Diego County since 2004. Our agency is licensed by the State of California, rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a proud member of the National Aging in Place Council and San Diego County Council on Aging. Our caregivers are registered with the Home Care Services Bureau, passed background checks, bonded & insured, TB screened, and annually trained to ensure the quality of care. Our caregivers provide the following services to clients whether hourly or live-in: • Alzheimer’s and dementia care • Medication reminders • Meal planning and preparation • Assistance in bathing and dressing • Ambulation assistance • Exercise assistance • Light housekeeping • Companionship • Shopping and running errands • Setting up appointments • Transportation to doctor’s appointments, salon, etc. We guide clients and family members throughout the entire process of home care starting with free assessments, home safety checks and then matching their needs to the caregiver’s skills.
