ADV acquires the assets of select digital businesses (e-commerce/Amazon FBA, content, SaaS) who have gotten from zero-to-one. I look for growth opportunities where we can apply our digital product and marketing expertise to take a business from 1-to-10. Asset values from under $100k up to $5m with positive cash flow are the sweet spot. I’m happy to work directly with owners or brokers. As a recognized expert in the fields of product management, digital transformation and Lean, I apply my 25+ years of experience across B2C and B2B businesses to get them to modern, responsive organizations. I have spoken at numerous conferences including Lean Startup and been contributing author on two books on Digital Transformation (Springer 2017 & 2019). I work with a limited set of clients on transformation & culture strategy at the C-level as well as coaching product development teams on Lean and digital product management.
