Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) will host an Industry Day to brief the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Modules (MM) Development, Engineering, Production and Sustainment (DEPS) program on 1 November 2024 from 0900-1700 PST at Naval Base Ventura Country Port Hueneme. Tours of the Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF) will be included. Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC), LCS MM Program Office (PMS 420) will host this Industry Day to brief the LCS MM DEPS program and to solicit industry feedback on the proposed program strategy.
PMS 420 is the US Navy's lead Program Office for the development of rapidly deployable modular naval capabilities and innovative small-unmanned surface technologies capable of recognizing, intercepting, and preventing threats to the United States and her allies. Programs include all efforts pertaining to small-unmanned watercraft (e.g. attritable sea drones capable of communications, data collection, logistics, etc.), various LCS payload delivery systems with associated mission modules, LCS training facilities, mission package sustainment, and all operating and integration software necessary to employ these systems. #littoralcombatship
