Aspiro welcomes Thomas Miller, President of Aurora BayCare Medical Center, to its Board of Directors.?Thomas graduated from The University of Alabama and afterwards earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.?He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and was named one of the Community Hospital CEOs to Know by Becker’s Hospital Review in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Thomas was instrumental in establishing Aurora BayCare Medical Center as a Project SEARCH site in 2020.?Project SEARCH is an employment training program that immerses its interns in a business environment five days a week, where they learn a variety of job skills during three 10-week internship rotations, as well as employability skills through classroom training.
