Aspire’s Call Center Director Cedric Nicholson recently made a trip to both Staff Boom Perú and the Philippines to meet our Staff Boom partners and experience our operations in person! Cedric held trainings on call flow and communication while building connections with the Staff Boom team. About the trip, Cedric said, “I was most impressed with the teams’ ability to create positive and memorable customer experiences. The team was really eager and excited to learn and try new skills shared during training with their customers. I cannot wait to return to each site and continue the momentum we've started! Meet… Jeremy Braud, Aspire’s VP of Casualty Claims and the newest member of our Leadership team! Mr. Braud began his career in 2002 as a claims trainee. He advanced as an adjuster and was promoted to unit manager in 2006. He pursued an opportunity as a litigation manager in 2007 and ultimately held several roles at that organization, including Regional and National Casualty Manager. Mr. Braud successfully led the National Casualty Organization which oversaw all litigation and large loss claims and was responsible for over $340 million in reserved exposures. Following a company acquisition in 2021, Mr. Braud led the organization's casualty integration into the new infrastructure. He co-led the Large Loss organization which was responsible for all catastrophic and high-exposure claims for the company. He also developed and launched a countrywide first-party injury group that was responsible for all UM/UIM injury claims in venues with the highest risk of extra-contractual exposure. About joining Aspire, Mr. Braud says, “My experience in growing and optimizing the casualty segment drives me to improve the foundation we have in place. Meet… our Director of Claims, Nicole Bernard! Nicole has been a part of Aspire for two and a half years, and during that time, she was instrumental in developing our Claims Training and Audit processes by building teams from the ground up. The training team Nicole led successfully taught multiple trainee classes and onboarded hundreds of new hires across the Claims department. The Audit team, finalized just this year, will continue to strengthen Claims procedures across the organization. Nicole says, “Working at Aspire has been an incredible experience. From my first day, it has truly felt like a family where I can be myself. I'm excited to be part of the company's amazing growth and can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
