It's International Student Day, and we're taking a moment to recognize the student community!???? The holiday is a celebration of multiculturalism, diversity and cooperation among students across the world. Did you know that even international students can pursue a degree in the policing field? ?? No matter what, being a college student is difficult, but oftentimes, international students face additional hardships while pursuing their education. International students often deal with cultural differences, language barriers and homesickness. Local and international students are inspiring, and the ASPIRE staff is excited to continue working with them to better the policing profession!

In focus groups conducted by ASPIRE, students reported using several resources to obtain info about potential careers including, career services at their university, college professors and peers.
