Geographic Salary Range Differentiation with Oracle HCM Cloud
Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation delivers the ability to adjust salary ranges based on geographic location allowing your organization to account for cost-of-living considerations. We will cover some of the foundational compensation concepts in Oracle HCM Cloud such as defining grades and grade rates and then delve into the specifics of setting up Compensation Zones and Salary Range Differentials. Lastly, we will see how this is tied to the employee and how the compensation metrics such as position-in-range and comp ratio appear on the Salary History page for your HR/Compensation specialist.
