Heat-related illnesses and fatalities are preventable, but outdoor workers, farmworkers, and other climate-sensitive populations often have little choice when it comes to heat exposure on the job. By raising awareness and equipping workers and employers with the necessary information and resources, we can effectively reduce the incidence of heat-related illnesses and deaths.
