The ASPE Boston Chapter mourns the loss of WILLIAM L. "BILLY" ADELSON Billy was a member of the Boston Chapter and also a board member in 1977-78. He will be missed by all those who knew him, and his impact in our community will live on. Our prayers go out to his family and friends and to all those who knew and loved the dearly departed.
