Cada semana, dedicamos un momento para reflexionar sobre los éxitos alcanzados, sin importar su tama?o. Todos los miembros del equipo pueden a?adir sus logros a nuestro muro, creando un espacio donde cada victoria es reconocida. ? Celebrar los logros es fundamental, ya que fomenta la motivación y mantiene alta la moral del equipo. Además, compartir éxitos fortalece la conexión entre los miembros, creando un sentido de pertenencia y apoyo mutuo. Para participar, simplemente comparte tu logro, ya sea un proyecto completado, una ayuda a un compa?ero o una meta personal alcanzada.
