Keep an eye out for the forthcoming update to the ARC’s Metro Atlanta Housing Strategy (MAHS). Assemblage Consulting is proud to have been able to work with the excellent researchers (Will Wright, Bill Huang, and Mike Carnathan) in the Research & Analytics Division of the Atlanta Regional Commission to produce an update to the MAHS's 10 Submarkets along with a wealth of underlying data (also soon to be released). In the meantime, here is an animated map showing the change in home sale price per square foot from 2018 to 2023, providing a proxied view of the shift in location-based demand for housing before, during and after the pandemic.
