Resident engagement is integral to the success of any Affordable Housing property and our team is proud that the resident engagement work at Sack Wern Houses was recognized in Sasha Jones’ recent article on some of the challenges associated with NYCHA PACT transactions. At Sack Wern, we were extremely fortunate to work collaboratively with an outstanding Resident Association who was thoughtful and patient as we crafted a plan to fully renovate the housing for a deserving community. We also applaud our exceptional partners Douglaston Development, Breaking Ground (NYC Permanent Supportive Housing), Levine Builders and Clinton Management who are helping bring this project to fruition.?
