Living abroad is a great way to diversify my life experiences. My first time living in the US was at NYU Stern in 2012. After a long time, I came back to the US and am having a really meaningful time in Silicon Valley, famous for its weather and cutting-edge businesses, and especially at US-Asia Technology Management Center, Stanford University.
As a visiting scholar and a CEO of an affiliate member company of US-ATMC, I participated in Prof. Richard B. Dasher’s excellent program and did research and cultural exchanges, which was one of the best decisions I made this year.
For me, it is a very specific moment to learn about global networking on the topic of cutting-edge AI business. I am having a great time meeting many researchers, businessmen, and friends, here. It’s exciting to have colleagues who think about the future of business in the AI era and consider the role of Asia’s technology powerhouses, like Korea and Japan, from a global perspective.
This background helped me receive the Minister’s Award in Korea recently. And I am even more honored that I have had a positive impact on the Stanford community I belong to. I would also like to thank US-ATMC for congratulating me again with good news like below!

I will continue to play a good bridging role in the field of AI research and business application.
