Applications closing today for the Asians in Animation Pre-Production Program (4P) roles! This program is a part of the Animation Industry Immersive Lab initiative, designed to provide an educational experience to emerging Asian professionals with the skills and experience needed to thrive in the animation industry. Through this hands-on pre-production simulation, we will produce a studio-level pilot animatic alongside a full production crew. The program will provide industry-ready training a safe space to practice working at a professional pace and build a network alongside like-minded peers. From learning about creativity through his mother’s flower arrangements to shaping some of Pixar’s most beloved films, Nick Sung has followed a unique and inspiring path in animation. Nick’s creative journey began in Toronto after studying Classical Animation at Sheridan College. He has worked on beloved films like Up, Ratatouille, Toy Story 3, Cars 2, and Brave during his time at Pixar. Through his thoughtful approach to storytelling and passion for building creative communities, Nick continues to inspire.
