Amy Korté Amy Korté is the President of Arrowstreet, a Boston-based architecture, planning, and interior design firm. As a leader in the design of large-scale mixed-use projects, Amy focuses on how evolving technologies, climate change, and societal shifts shape cities and buildings. Her diverse expertise—spanning architecture, interiors, retail, and development—enables her to deliver innovative, multidisciplinary solutions. Amy holds a Master’s in Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a BFA in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard COOP and the Advisory Board for UMass Boston’s Sustainable Solutions Lab, which focuses on climate justice research. We are pleased to announce that Thomas Jensen has joined Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREPA) Boston Chapter as an Advisory Board of Director! Tom is the Principal/Executive Director of Boston Appraisal & Consulting, the former Senior Managing Director of Integra-Boston, and formerly a review appraiser at the Bank of New England. He has been actively engaged in commercial real estate valuation and consulting since 1986 and routinely provides expert witness testimony at the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board as well as at arbitration hearings and civil court proceedings. Tom is a graduate of the Catholic University of America with a degree in Architecture & Urban Development and holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI and AI-GRS designations. He also holds the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate. Tom currently serves as Treasurer of the MA-RI-ME Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and serves on the Board of the New England Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate.
