Facilitated by ?????????????? ??????, Executive Director, and co-leader of the AIS Contracts Advisory and Procurement Group and AIS Academy, the workshop also included learning points on collaborative contracting, its concept and practice implementation principles. Eugenie’s expertise infused the session with practical insights and dynamic discussions, creating an ideal platform for sharing best practices on essential contract administration issues and reflecting on lessons learned with the engaged NUHS team. Drawing from her extensive background in construction law, contract administration, and project delivery approaches and models, Eugenie offered fresh perspectives that enhanced everyone’s understanding of key issues in managing contracts under the framework of the NUHS Standardised Infrastructure Contracts and collaborative contracting.
