Getting back to social media after a bit of a break, and landing on #TBT!! In the spirit of the New Year, celebrating amazing people doing great things, we're throwing it back to 2019... Ashworth's Don Morrell and fabulous wife Brittany facilitated the opportunity for us to volunteer doing outreach to the homeless community one night. It was a life-changing evening of service and education. Years later, our Mission Statement reflects that commitment to making a positive difference. We talk a fair bit internally about company culture. About fit. We've done some work about team building and understanding our company culture and what makes Ashworth... Ashworth. And this is what great company culture looks like here. It's not a mistake. It's not sloppy work. This is what happens when a beloved coworker leaves his office unattended while taking a much-deserved break. It won't keep the pranksters out (yes, he knows this), but it's giving everyone a giggle. They don't unplug your monitors, tape your mouse, or hide Honey Bucket easter eggs in your office unless they love you. We'll see if the tape holds this week.

Late post about the 2024 Ashworth picnic. Our summer event brings together Ashworth employees and their families for an afternoon of food, fun, swag, and socializing. This year was back in the beautiful lakeside backyard of the Ashworth office, and we had a great turnout. Thanks to Erich for managing the raffle and swag bags and to Don for manning the grill!

Happy Work Anniversary SHIN!! Saturday marked one year since Shin joined us, and we are so glad he did! Besides being a phenomenal addition to our accounting department, he is a fantastic presence around the office and at our various social functions. Employee Recognition: new permanent plaques and 10-year signed ones for folks to take home. ??

#Rampathon for us in 2024 was on Saturday. Our team came together to provide a nice, safe way for our amazing recipient to access the world. Here are her daughter's words, after we had gone: Mom and I are so blessed to know such kind and generous people from our community!! Mom made her maiden voyage out of the house and to a friend's! The ramp is a life changer for sure and we are so very grateful!! Mom is now aiming to live to be 110 years old! Considering she is 89 she is inspired by the possibilities of her life and the freedom the ramp has given her! Please thank every one of the volunteers in your team. They are worth their weight in gold! Bless you all, Thank you to #MBAKS for coordinating this event as always, and Dunn Lumber for donating materials.
