The Italian city of Parma was awarded the European Youth Capital, and with this title, aims to prove that young people can truly participate in the decisions that affect them and their communities. Through education and interactive initiatives like the Match & Chat game, Amanda inspires colleagues to empathize with social issues and develop solutions, driving a culture of responsibility and connection within the organization.
