This 100% electric building incorporates innovative sustainable features, including: · Extensive rooftop solar photovoltaic panels for renewable energy. ·?Robust insulation and an airtight building enclosure to optimize energy efficiency. ·?High-efficiency HVAC systems for resident comfort with minimal energy use. ·?Rain gardens and native plantings to manage stormwater sustainably.
