Are jobs asking more application questions? Last year, we reported on the dramatic increase in inbound applications. This is potentially influencing another change in the hiring process: applicants being asked to answer more questions per job. Candidates and recruiters have varying feelings on the matter, with growing conversation on LinkedIn. All this chatter inspired us to explore just how prominent the change is.
