    Are jobs asking more application questions? Last year, we reported on the dramatic increase in inbound applications. This is potentially influencing another change in the hiring process: applicants being asked to answer more questions per job. Candidates and recruiters have varying feelings on the matter, with growing conversation on LinkedIn. All this chatter inspired us to explore just how prominent the change is. Audit open job posts to tell how many exist in any period, if they are visible, and for how long ?? Track upcoming (or lapsed) application deadlines ?? Understand the usage of custom (vs. shared) application forms across departments, teams, locations, and much more Reports can be visualized as pie charts, bar charts, or heat maps, and drill-down capabilities allow for deeper insights, even down to a specific job post.
