I was honored and delighted to be selected as one of 35 international delegates, representing Thailand at the 2024 ASES Global Entrepreneurship Summit (ASES Summit @ Stanford) at Stanford University. This incredible experience immersed me in the heart of innovation at Stanford and Silicon Valley, connecting with tech enthusiasts and VCs. I'm grateful for these once-in-a-lifetime experiences: 1. Dasher (Director of US-Asia Technology Management Center) - Danielle Strachman (Founder of 1517 Fund and Founding team of the The Thiel Foundation - Thiel Fellowship) - Paul Orlando (Incubator Director at University of Southern California) - Rohan P. (Partner at WestWave Capital) - Mark Selcow (Partner at Costanoa Ventures) - Igor Ryabenkiy (Partner at AltaIR Capital) - James Healy (Professor at University of Southern California and President of Digital Disbursements) and many more. I will be sharing the learning in my upcoming posts! 2. Sharing ideas with fellow delegates from 17+ countries was a highlight. We formed a lifelong friendship and global network of passionate entrepreneurs! 3. Living on Stanford campus, touring the iconic Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Stanford University Institute of Design / d.school , attending remarkable lectures like ‘Building an Aerospace Startup from the Ground Up’ and exploring Palo Alto and San Francisco (the self-driving Waymo was a cool experience!) 4. Winning second place in the pitch competitions offered a unique perspective on the startup ecosystem. Cheers to I'm thankful for all the great memories. This experience has fueled my passion for entrepreneurship. Opportunity is everywhere if you never stop looking for it. Ivy at ?? an Ivy! Earlier this month, I was 1 of 35 delegates from around the world to attend Stanford University for a week-long entrepreneurship program with Stanford ASES. From meeting founder/VC/academic heroes during the day to dining hall brainstorming sessions at night, I learned ALOT. Here are some key takeaways: 1?? Navigating pathways → “Be a student of what you're addicted to and what experiences draw you in, and Frankenstein it” (Mark Pincus, founder of Zynga the creators of games like #Farmville and #WordsWithFriends). 2?? Work relationships → “Make other people successful" (David Hornik, founder of Lobby Capital). 3?? Business of giving a good meeting → Small talk in the first five minutes is the worst. So don’t do it. “5 minutes before think about how you will answer How are you? Say something meaningful like earlier today I got to talk to my first users instead of how good is the weather” (Dani Grant, CEO Jam.dev). 4?? Learning → “Don’t keep doing the same thing and mailing it in. Do you have 1 year experience times 10 or 10 year experience” → (Michael E Marks, CEO Flextronics, interim CEO of Tesla). … 5?? Between structured speaker sessions, unspoken takeaway → global perspective through conversations with fellow delegates who happen to be incredible people with inspiring stories ?? I was honored to speak last week with Stanford’s ASES entrepreneurial student group at their annual summit. It was a pleasure to share my thoughts on common founder mistakes to avoid with this group of students from 20 countries and diverse backgrounds. Great to be back at Stanford University and spend time with these bright young leaders representing the future of global entrepreneurship.????

Wow what an amazing week of ASES Summit @ Stanford. So honored to have the opportunity to mingle amongst the best and the brightest of Silicon Valley, and to work with other brilliant-minded students from around the world. The memories made and lesson learned here are truly unforgettable. Most notably, my team won the ASES pitch competition ??! I prepared a pitch with Kevin Zhu, Guillaume Troadec, Dorothy Yuan, and presented it to distinguished Silicon Valley leaders, including Founder of 1517 Fund, Danielle Strachman, Two Bear Capital Partner, Cris Neckar, Nava Ventures Invester, Rollins Stallworth III, and Founder of Ideaflow Inc., Jacob Cole. A massive shoutout to my incredible team and Stanley Tanudjaja for helping us secure the win and making the process full of learning and fun. I was also very privileged to listen and learn from many Silicon Valley titans - Michael E Marks, the interim CEO at Tesla, Mark Pincus, the visionary CEO of Zynga, to name a few. The wisdom imparted by these industry leaders has left me with invaluable learnings. It’s impossible to distill everything into one post, so I will be sharing these nuggets of wisdom in my upcoming posts. Make sure to stay tuned!
