What's the "right balance" when you are designing a data system? ??? Architecture that's too flexible runs the risk of extended timelines, mounting costs, and inefficiency. ?? Too rigid and you risk low accessibility, limited use, and more cost down the line when changes are needed. ?? Both extremes can lead to wasted resources and frustration for everyone involved. Getting the balance right means you've achieved low cost and high flexibility that perfectly accompanies the ways your organization's goals and needs change overtime. But how do you achieve that? ?? Learn how Asemio experts strive to strike the right balance with Decoding ARCHITECTURE on Asemio Decoded. Available wherever you listen to podcasts: https://loom.ly/aXe2LNc

One of my favorite was to start my mornings is to sit with my coffee and dig into our data. It helps me understand what's happening across our organization, and better understand the opportunities or problems we need to tackle. This wouldn't be possible without our incredible partners at Asemio. Their case study does such a good job of summarizing our journey to build a data centered organization, and I love how they feature our focus on building a data culture as a key component of the work. https://lnkd.in/drfsykcU

Last week, a few of our teammates had the chance to roll up their sleeves and volunteer at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma! ????? OK Food Bank is one of our favorite partners to support because of the critical work they do—feeding thousands of community members facing food insecurity while fostering a welcoming space for volunteers. From sorting donations to packing meals, every effort makes a difference. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and encourage others to do the same!
