Our LinkedIn poll earlier this month revealed that offering flexible work options is the most effective way to attract and retain women in supply chain, followed by closing pay gaps and providing clear career paths. The comments also highlighted that more action is needed. Progress has stalled, despite research revealing that companies with at least 30% female representation outperform their competitors. Thank you to everyone who voted and those who contributed to this discussion.
