Keeping up with staff education can be challenging, especially with high turnover rates. Training provided once may be easily forgotten, but our new Onboarding feature ensures ongoing support by embedding training videos directly into workflows. This gives staff clear, step-by-step guidance right before they execute tasks, helping them better understand and utilize Sonar. In addition to our 24/7 support team and in-app Help Documentation, the Onboarding feature provides a suite of training tools designed for success. The “Onboarding” button, visible on every Sonar screen, links to a video dashboard where users can access tutorials for each step of their workflow, ensuring they maximize the functionality of the module. When users navigate to a Sonar module with an onboarding video, the video automatically plays to guide them through the process. After watching, the video is marked as complete but remains accessible for future reference. Last month, Mobile Infirmary officially went live with SQ.track and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to the Ascendco community! During the go-live week, we transitioned Mobile’s three processing areas from paper tracking to their first electronic system. It was amazing to see how quickly the staff adapted to new workflows and processes and how excited they were to engage with a new platform. The support and engagement from leadership was another standout during the week. A special shoutout to Shanice and Nathan for their hard work throughout the implementation and dedication to success during the go-live week. We are excited to continue working with the Mobile Infirmary team to bring them live with innovative functionality like our equipment and EMR interfaces, and showcase the amazing analytics SQ.track has to offer.
