Serving as ASCE Broward's 2023-2024 president has been a remarkable journey, filled with incredible moments and connections that I will cherish forever. I’m deeply grateful to each of you for making this experience truly special. Reflecting on the goals I set last year—continuing our Lunch and Learns, increasing our Young Members Group (YMG) events, and aiming for Branch of the Year— I’m proud to say we’ve hit two of those targets and are charging toward the third! This year, we hosted 8 Lunch and Learns, and it was inspiring to see so many of you engage and share ideas. Our YMG exceeded expectations with 5 events, and the launch of Career Cocktails was a special highlight. It was incredibly rewarding to witness our younger members build connections and grow. Another great moment was our inaugural golf tournament with FES Broward, where we came together not just for a day of fun, but also raised significant funds for scholarships. One of my proudest moments was launching the "Introduce a Girl to Engineering" initiative, where we helped inspire young minds about the possibilities within our field. Thank you, ASCE Broward Branch, for making me a part of this incredible community. It has been an honor to serve as your president, and I’m excited for what lies ahead. This journey has been unforgettable!
