Thank you for attending our monthly general meeting yesterday. Special thanks to our guest speaker, David Rodriguez, P.E, for a great presentation! We also want to give a big shout to our board officers, who continue to work super hard to make this organization successful in San Antonio!

Please join us in-person on Monday, October 14th at 11:45 for our guest speaker David Rodriguez, P.E. and 2025 Officer Inductions. David will be presenting on the design and development of a multi-hazard resistant, precast concrete, modular building. Mr. Rodriguez works in the BakerRisk? San Antonio office as part of the Structures Group. His work is focused on the assessment and design of buildings, data centers, infrastructure, curtainwalls, and containment structures subjected to both high explosives and vapor cloud explosions. Mr. Rodriguez has supported projects as a technical lead for explosive safety in Asia markets and in the United States for military, government, and commercial facilities. He has designed a variety of construction types to resist both internal and external explosive threats. Mr. Rodriguez has also been involved in verification and validation of industry standard blast analysis codes. We hope to see you all there!
