If you had to design a floating city, with innovative infrastructure, and demonstrate that the city would keep its citizens healthy and safe, how would you accept this challenge? If you live on the east side of the Valley, and a member of ASCE Phoenix Branch, please join us as a Society Judge reviewing 70+ entrants from middle graders at the Future City Competition. This is a half day commitment on January 18, 2025, at Casteel High School in Queen Creek. The time commitment is 8 am - 12 pm, and judges will be reviewing essays and virtual models during the week leading up to the competition. All Society Judges must be registered by January 10. Please contact Kara Young (KCvl02@gmail) with any questions. Start your 2025 with inspiration!
