Just 2 weeks ago ASCE Florida Section hosted its 3rd Annual ASCE Student Success Conference which brought together 100 students from across the state to learn about various topics that are not taught in school. Throughout the Conference, students were able to learn about various topics such as how to negotiate salaries, buy their first house, accept surprise scholarships and join us for our After Party hosted at Main Event. Special shout out to Heath Jenkins and Judith Nichols for organizing this event and all of our day of volunteers. Additionally, thank you to all of our sponsors: BCC Engineering, LLC , EGS, Chen Moore and Associates, Ardurra, Kimley-Horn , DRMP, Collective Water Resources, H2M architects + engineers, North Florida Professional Services Inc., and Keith and our Life Members who sponsored student admissions: John Schmertmann, Daniel Helmick, Greg Gifford, Walter Casson, Carol Hays, Bob Behar, Frank Gallant, Bob Edmunds, John Sobanjo, Jeff Arey, Shirendra Saxena, Bard Lower, Eugene Hagan Jr. and Samuel Thomas.
