The #340B program grew 23% in 2023, totaling $66.3 billion in discounted purchases by covered entities. But most covered entities – especially large health systems – don't have to disclose how they’re using this revenue and often use it in ways that don't help patients. ? We're calling for common sense reforms to bring more accountability and transparency to the program and ensure low-income and underserved patients are directly benefiting from #340B savings.?
