An expansion plan is underway to double the capacity of The Family House, Asante’s hospitality house in Grants Pass that provides lodging for patients traveling to Three Rivers Medical Center for care. The expansion will increase capacity from seven guest rooms to 14. The $3 million expansion project will be 100% funded by community donations. We're thrilled to announce a major gift supporting The Family House expansion! Thank you to Three Rivers Medical Center Auxiliary for their recent $50,000 donation. These generous contributions will help us double our capacity from seven to 14 guest rooms at The Family House. This vital expansion will allow us to serve even more patients and families who need a comfortable, affordable place to stay while receiving care. In 2024 alone, The Family House was a home-away-from-home for 283 patients and families. With community partners like our dedicated Auxiliary volunteers leading the way, we're one step closer to making this 100% community funded project a reality! ???? This fall, we completed the 1,000th transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) at Rogue Regional Medical Center. This significant milestone showcases our team's commitment to providing advanced and life-saving care for our communities. TAVR offers a minimally invasive option for patients with aortic valve disease. For southern Oregon, having access to this procedure means patients can recover faster and spend more years with their loved ones.
