It’s easy to look at others and wish to be more like them. This can be the road to ruin, damaging your self-confidence and self-belief. But a change in mindset can make all the difference. Choose to view such a comparison as aspirational and inspirational, rather than a sign of inadequacy. Remember that everyone has strengths, blind spots and weaknesses, and all there is to do is accept the blind spots and weaknesses and develop strategies for ensuring they don’t derail your success. For example, if you aren’t good with details, write everything down. And, choose to enjoy your life, flaws, challenges and all.?
