Transform lives through creative expression.

关于我们

Our mission is to transform lives through creative expression by integrating the innate benefits of the arts with mental health practices for self-discovery, connection, and empowerment. Our experiential education programs are designed to serve all ages and populations, including those living with challenges such as trauma, loneliness, disability, illness, loss, or social isolation. Our sustainable strategy for meeting the needs of under-resourced communities includes partnerships, online trainings, and free programs in socially and emotionally supportive practices that anyone can use, and an online Certificate Program in Social Emotional Arts for those who want to learn how to develop, deliver, and evaluate their own effective curricula.

You're invited to join our Founder & Director, Ping Ho for the upcoming virtual Awakin Call: Social and emotional resilience through the universal language of music and rhythm. Bring something pleasant sounding, like a box, pillow, or container, to serve as a drum and/or a bottle filled with rice to serve as a sound-making shaker for an experiential journey into how music speaks to us and lifts us up. We look forward to seeing you on the call, to hear Ping's story, and tap into the shared rhythms of our hearts. ?? Oct 12th at 8:00 AM PST, register at: https://buff.ly/3U4cl86
