On November 5th, we reported our Q3-2024 results. Check it out. We reported another solid financial quarter, once again meeting or exceeding our guided financial metrics. Annual Contract Value (ACV) plus royalties in the quarter were $60.5 million, another record-high for Arteris. Revenue came in at $14.7 million, up 11% year-over-year. For the third quarter consecutive quarter, we have generated positive free cash flow of $1.1 million—a $4.2 million increase compared to the same period last year. We are guiding a strong end to FY2024. We expect to exit 2024 with ACV plus royalties between $63 million and $67 million, a 16% increase on prior year. We are once again raising our revenue guidance; this quarter increased by $0.4 million, landing between $56.9 million and $57.9 million. We are maintaining our guidance on full year positive free cash flow, between $0.7 million and $2.7 million. We believe that the scale and scope of our long-term opportunity remain robust, supported by our current products and strong product pipeline of new system IP technologies, as well as growing relationships with some of the largest and most advanced electronics companies in the world.
