Artel technology and?fluorescence spectroscopy have long been established as viable methods for verifying the?performance?of automated liquid handlers. We teamed up?Beckman Coulter Life Sciences?to evaluate whether our Artel MVS (Multichannel Verification System) and Beckman Coulter fluorescence test methods provide equivalent volume verification results. By testing with?an Echo acoustic liquid handler-525 and Echo acoustic liquid handler-655 for select aqueous and DMSO solutions, we found that the Artel MVS and?Beckman Coulter fluorescence?test methods provide?equivalent volume?delivery results at?25 nL and 250 nL .
