Karin Chien is an award-winning producer and distributor working on new financing models, more equitable production structures, and radically different distribution solutions. Karin is a hands-on problem solver and a high-level systems thinker. By innovating her role as a producer, Karin works to build cross-monetization opportunities for film-centered IP. In her work at Art & Action Productions, Karin was the founding producer of MasterClass and led their international production expansion. Recent roles include partner at Louverture Films, co-founder of Distribution Advocates, strategic consultant to Color Congress, and Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center. Chief Creative Officer. Lawrence Ribeiro is an award-winning director and innovator of action filmmaking. Lawrence has been part of the automative and film production industries for the past 20 years, with a recent focus on the motorbike arena. Lawrence is leading several film & TV projects, including bike, car and action-related content, while developing the next generation of onscreen talent through motorsports sponsorships.
