This past Friday, I had the honor and privilege of joining a phenomenal group of women at @Nasdaq for the International Women’s Day opening bell. This group of "risk takers and rule breakers" included women founders, executives, investors, philanthropists, and a group that is near and dear to my heart: SWIPE (Senior Women in Private Equity) Network Back in 2014 when SWIPE was first founded, it was just six women meeting up over drinks. Fast forward eleven years, there are now over 3800 members globally who are inspiring the next generation of women leaders. That is what I love most about International Women’s Day; it serves as a looking glass through which the younger generation can see that they are able to achieve anything they set their minds to. I experienced this firsthand as a family friend streamed the event for her second-grade class. It was a profound reminder of the importance of setting an example for future leaders—a responsibility I’m honored to embrace. On a personal note, my daughter took the initiative to organize a Zoom watch party for our family and friends. Moments like these remind me how fortunate I am to be surrounded by such an incredible support system.

Last week, we hosted our annual New Joiner Event, bringing together the exceptional talent that joined Arsenal over the past year. These new team members are key hires whose unique expertise and differentiated capabilities will play a critical role in advancing our strategic goals. The event featured an engaging panel with our firm’s leaders, offering insights into Arsenal’s history, culture, and track record of value creation.
