On Wednesday,?we had our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon with some delicious Indian food in honor of our founder’s upbringing. We started with a benefits update by TJ Hutchings and Brittany DeArman with Higginbotham, then our President Marc Sandhu, P.E. shared a 2024 Recap and our goals for next year.?Finally, we celebrated Carmen Due?es' 25th Work Anniversary and presented her a gift very similar to one she gave Ayub many years ago. It's always fun to have the office filled with all our amazing employees, breaking bread (or more specifically, naan) together and catching up.? We love continuing this tradition and look forward to the upcoming holiday season, celebrating a fantastic 2024 and moving into 2025. Today marks Carmen Due?es-Davison’s 25-year Anniversary with ARS.?Carmen has the longest tenure of any ARS employee, other than our late founder Ayub.? Last week, we were honored to celebrate the completion of the groundbreaking and DD issuance for the Children's Health / UT Southwestern Medical Center New Pediatric Campus. Spanning more than 33 acres, the new pediatric campus offers a patient-centric design that can meet the rapidly increasing need for more pediatric services ranging from the most common to the most complex. It will serve as a joint hub for innovation, academic research and training, and the development of lifesaving technologies to provide exemplary care for the youngest members of our community.
