Here is some insight into Jennifer's background: "I began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and soon earned my Phlebotomy license. My journey then led me to work in Dialysis, where I also took on the role of Administrative Assistant. I was recruited to Arrowwood by a former employee and joined the team before we officially opened our doors in December of 2023. Initially, I started as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), and as our staffing stabilized and we began serving clients, I transitioned to work closely with Terri, our HR Manager. Currently, I serve as both the Administrative Assistant and Phlebotomist." "Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to an 11-year-old boy and a pet lover with four dogs and a cat! My fiancé owns a multimedia company and is involved in a Mega Truck Racing Organization, so we spend most weekends traveling to racetracks or promoting events for the organization. When we're not at the track, I enjoy being a homebody, diving into a good book, and adding to my ever-growing Lego collection."
