    It's pretty cool to open our backend reporting and see that Joe & The Juice has launched our courses to thousands of learners throughout their European locations!     I’ve never been a fan of the ‘compliment sandwich’ when offering constructive criticism. It feels too obvious and insincere. This Wall Street Journey article (link in comments) discusses how Gen Z views it as condescending and ineffective. They conducted a blind study and found that instead, briefly introduce the moment with words of support, something like, “I know you can get there, and here’s where you can improve.” A simple setup like this helped learners feel that the critique is meant to build them up, not beat them up. Therefore, they embraced the message and improved significantly. A great lesson for all leaders, friends, family, and coworkers. This is definitely finding its way into an ARROW UP TRAINING leadership course! Pass it on.?

    Honestly, can you remember if employees working in CA need to take their break in the middle of the shift, or wait, was it before the 5th hour or the 6th hour? Can you prove your 22-year-old Supervisor knows? CA PAGA reform has basically written into law, "we know it's confusing, so teach them, remind them, document it, and you'll lower penalties by 85%."
