    Last week HubSpot announced their new app cards powered by UI extensions at INBOUND, and Arrows was front and center! ?? A couple highlights that still have us buzzing: ?? Karen Ng calling out Arrows during her keynote at partner day (+ Max Cohen ????'s cheer from the crowd!) ?? HubSpot showcasing Arrows at their developer demo station, featuring our implementation of the new app cards So what are these app cards anyway? They're a new HubSpot feature that lets apps customize and display key info right in HubSpot records. For Arrows, this means: ?? Visually tracking customer onboarding progress inside HubSpot (like the Domino's pizza tracker) ?? Seeing files submitted by customers during onboarding ? Viewing all customer-submitted intake data We've even got an app card to track engagement for our new digital sales room product that just launched a couple weeks ago! Curious?     Not sure where to begin, but what a week for Arrows… we’re blown away by HubSpot INBOUND. Two years ago, nobody knew who we were. We couldn’t even get 12 people to our dinner (seriously there were empty seats at our reservation, and 3 were our team—thanks Luca Bonelli Catie Moynihan & others for believing in us when we barely did ourselves). This year it felt like everybody knew what Arrows was, and we were fortunate to be featured in all corners of the conference… from keynotes, to being on panels, to our app screenshots in talks, and demo videos on the show floor, and our two big parties. I’m so proud of this powerful team of 10 (and our friends who’ve helped along the way), and all the work they do to show up in every way we can to try to build something great in the HubSpot ecosystem. There’s so much passion that we bring to every interaction, and it’s amazing to feel it returned in kind from others. I’m overwhelmed with emotion this week, and grateful to be a part of what we’re doing. It’s… a lot of fun. ????

    Onboarding leaders: we need to take the lead in showing executives the true value of customer onboarding. Why? Because many still don't fully grasp its impact. Here's the reality: ?? Customer onboarding is still a relatively new focus, and many companies are just starting to recognize how valuable it can be. ?? Sales and marketing have been around longer, with established metrics and clear business outcomes, making it easier for them to justify their value. ?? Executives are typically focused on new revenue and churn rates. They often overlook where onboarding fits into these priorities beyond just preventing early churn. So, what can onboarding teams do? ? Demonstrate the business impact beyond just churn prevention (expansion, referrals, etc.) ? Connect your team's efforts directly to key revenue metrics that you know your company cares about ?
