Graciela Carrillo, FAIA, NCARB, LEED AP, we are all so thrilled to see that you have earned the "FAIA" credential. Thank you for representing Latinas in Architecture in this new round of inductees. 1 out of 95?? It is both impressive and astounding. Each year, a small group of architects are elevated to this distinguished recognition by the The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Congratulations to all 95 inductees. Founded in 1952, the AIA College of Fellows seeks to stimulate a sharing of interests among Fellows, promote the purposes of AIA, advance the profession of architecture, mentor young architects, and be of ever-increasing service to society. Less than 3% of AIA members hold the prestigious FAIA designation."
