From skincare and heart health to yoga and nutrition, our team enjoyed a meaningful day connecting with the incredible women of Santa Cruz. A heartfelt thank you to Banner Health for helping us empower these women to prioritize their health—both inside and beyond Perryville!

CASE Trades Update! Our amazing CASE participants are absolutely crushing it in their welding class at RSI! Through hands-on training, they’re gaining the skills and confidence needed to excel in their pre-apprenticeship program. Did you know that women make up only 4% of welders in the U.S.? But that number is growing as more women break barriers in the skilled trades! At Arouet, we’re committed to empowering women with real-world, applicable training that sets them up for success in the workforce. Let’s give it up for our incredible welders!??????

From early morning wake-up calls to long, demanding days, our incredible participants demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and grace while working at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. They embodied the Arouet spirit, and we couldn’t be prouder! At Arouet, we collaborate with corporations to create talent pipelines, connecting businesses with skilled, motivated individuals.
