Stephen McIntosh is internationally recognised in the mining industry, with over 30 years at Rio Tinto, including roles as group executive of growth and innovation, health safety and environment. He now sits on a number of Boards including ARENA, Chalice and Datarock, he advises EMR Capital and also sits on the Resources Advisory Board at AROSE. We thought who else better to bring into conversation than Aude Vignelles, the former CTO at the Australian Space Agency. As a space and aeronautics engineer, she now sits on a number of boards and has an equally impressive career, all in space, including at the European Space Agency (ESA) having worked on the Rosetta mission and other significant missions. Together Aude and Steve will bring their vision and practical application to the table to help us lean more about why there is significant opportunity at the overlap of the space and resources sectors and how Australia can lead in this area. This will be a fascinating discussion, moderated by the Chair of AROSE, Deena Shiff. So come and learn from these industry leaders at the AROSE Mining & Space Conference at International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC). Talk to those in the room about the space tech we can use in our operations today and collectively lets discuss how we can collaborate to make all of this happen.
