Amazing team and project!
In the wake of the 2014 earthquake in Napa, fault traces were found on the site of Irene Snow Elementary School. The District decided to rebuild the 420-student school on the same site, outside the no-build zone. The new campus design places three kindergarten classrooms at the front of the school, an easy walk from the parking lot for parents bringing their kids to class. The kindergarten classrooms open onto a dedicated playground area with a large play surface and equipment designed for exercising the body and mind of energetic, young students. We’re proud to share 3 exemplary early childhood educational design projects: https://lnkd.in/gqsQqAae Owner: Napa Valley Unified School District Construction Manager: VPCS | Van Pelt Contractor: Arntz Builders Inc Modular: JL Modular, Inc.
