Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. (AWPAA) is a distinguished 501(c)(3) non-profit organization entrusted by the United States Military Academy (USMA) to oversee its Intercollegiate Athletic Program. AWPAA is dedicated to the recruitment, education, training, and inspiration of over 1100 Cadet-Athletes across 30 competitive programs. Operating independently from U.S. Government regulations, AWPAA enjoys the flexibility to manage and elevate our programs in line with leading institutions, ensuring our Cadet-Athletes excel both on and off the field.

We had an incredible Executive Offsite meeting hosted by the New York Yankees! It was a day filled with reflection and learning. We took a deep dive into our Fruits of Victory Strategic Plan, celebrating the accomplishments of our teams and discussing exciting new initiatives across different departments. As the day progressed, we strengthened our bonds through team-building exercises, reaffirming that "a great team is the foundation of every successful organization." The highlight? Our very own Athletics Director had the honor of throwing the ceremonial first pitch at the New York Yankees vs. Clevend Guardians game! ??
