The US Army unveiled its digital Blue Book at the Association of the United States Army - AUSA Annual Meeting in October. Based on the original intent of Baron von Steuben’s Regulations for the Order and Discipline of the Troops of the United States, the book will serve as the base for all unit standards- creating consistency and a status-quo throughout the Army.
