During #RedRibbonWeek, Special Agent Randy Higle, of the #ArmyCID Europe Field Office, in coordination with the Army Substance Abuse Program, presented the meaning and history of the campaign with the students of Ansbach Elementary and High Schools. The students learned the dangers of drugs and signed a pledge to remain drug-free. #InTheCommunity

Dell and Iron Bow Agree to Pay $4.3M to Resolve False Claims Act Allegations Relating to Submitting Non-Competitive Bids to the Army The settlements resolve allegations that from May 2020 to April 2024, Dell operated a deal registration program, whereby it gave advantageous pricing to Iron Bow to sell certain Dell computer hardware products to the Army in response to solicitations under the AMDC-3 contract. The resolution obtained in this matter was the result of a coordinated effort between the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division’s Commercial Litigation Branch, Fraud Section, and the United States Attorneys' Offices for the Northern District of Alabama, with assistance from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General, #ArmyCID, NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration Office of Inspector General and GSA Office of Inspector General. Army CID Trains Polish State Cyber Police in ?odz Poland Personnel from the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division, Cyber Field Office-International, and the Digital Forensic Examination Cell-Europe led training sessions with the Polish State Cyber Police, Central Office for Combatting Cybercrime November 4-8. At this training session Special Agent Matthew Miller of the Cyber Field Office – International and Digital Forensic Analyst Michael Mazzone of the Digital Forensic Examination Cell – Europe, trained 40 Polish State Cyber Police Officers on DFE techniques, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Open-Source Intelligence, and Cryptocurrency Forensic tracing. “Army CID will take every opportunity to work and train with our international allies and advance the profession of Law Enforcement.” said Assistant Special Agent in Charge Calder Roberson, Cyber Field Office-International. “Collaboration is key to combatting cybercrime, where the perpetrators frequently attempt to exploit national and organizational boundaries.” Read the full story - https://lnkd.in/e2293yqN
