The #CommandAssessmentProgram assesses thousand of candidates each year, the majority of them during two months each fall. The Mayor's Cell is manned around the clock by Soldiers from units across the Army. CPT Ericka Jackson worked as the #ArmyCAP26 day shift OIC, leading a team that worked to assist candidates and provide them the support they needed to do their best at #ArmyCAP. #WorldClassFairConsistent

57 days, more than 1800 candidates, more than 300 Soldiers supporting as cadre and #ArmyCAP26 has finished assessing its last candidates of the year. Congratulations to all those invited to #ArmyCAP this year. THANK YOU to the many cadre that worked nearly two months straight to keep the #CommandAssessmentProgram #WorldClassFairConsistent from the first candidate to the last.

The #CommandAssessmentProgram relies on the support of hundreds of cadre to pull off each round of assessments. #ArmyCAP26 is no different, especially with #ArmyCAP's Operational Psychology Enterprise. It takes the work of a large team of psychologists to do the work necessary to support the assessments and CAP's robust feedback loop. #WorldClassFairConsistent

#ArmyCAP26 is in its final days but still going strong. From first candidate to last, each one gets the same #WorldClassFairConsistent experience. Thanks you to each of the Soldiers that came out to Fort Knox for nearly two months to support the #CommandAssessmentProgram. We couldn't do it without you!

The #CommandAssessmentProgram will have assessed approximately 2,000 candidates by the end of #ArmyCAP26. The Behavioral Health Specialists that come to #ArmyCAP to support our Operational Psychology Enterprise with proctoring psychometric exams and assisting the Psychologists are key to the completion of a successful program. Thank you so much to all the 68Xs that support us! We couldn't do it without you! #WorldClassFairConsistent

It takes dedicated work from Soldiers across the Army to make #ArmyCAP26 a successful and #WorldClassFairConsistent program. LTC Matthew Douglas took a break from his day job as the dean of the graduate school, MEDCoE (US Army Medical Center of Excellence) to support the #CommandAssessmentSchool as a panel moderator. #BeAllYouCanBe #TalentWins

“That final outbrief that you receive here really is some great feedback that, even if you think you’re the greatest leader, you will walk away with some feedback to make yourself better. Even if it’s not in a battalion command position, it will make you better on the staff.” Hear from BCAP #ArmyCAP26 candidate, MAJ Rylie DeLong, materiel integrator, U.S. Army Sustainment Command #TalentWins #WorldClassFairConsistent #CommandAssessmentProgram

Soldiers from across the US Army come down to support the #CommandAssessmentProgram and #ArmyCAP26 wouldn't be a success without every single one of them. LT Luis Soto came to support #ArmyCAP from the 369th Signal Battalion, US Army Cyber Center of Excellence. Soto plays a vital role within our Panel Operations. #WorldClassFairConsistent #BeAllYouCanBe

“It’s a great opportunity and I’m glad the Army is moving this way. It allows us to get an overall look at a particular person who’s going into promotion: not just a paper tiger, but a strong, well-rounded tiger.” LTC Ernesto Perez from Defense Contract Management Agencies - Americas, attended #ArmyCAP26 as a CCAP candidate. Perez took some time to speak to #ArmyCAP on his thoughts and experiences with the program. #TalentWins #WorldClassFairConsistent

It take #WorldClass cadre, like SGT Minjin Choi, to keep #ArmyCAP a #WorldClassFairConsistent program! #ArmyCAP26 #BeAllYouCanBe
