U.S. Army Command Assessment Program

The #CommandAssessmentProgram assesses thousand of candidates each year, the majority of them during two months each fall. The Mayor's Cell is manned around the clock by Soldiers from units across the Army. CPT Ericka Jackson worked as the #ArmyCAP26 day shift OIC, leading a team that worked to assist candidates and provide them the support they needed to do their best at #ArmyCAP. #WorldClassFairConsistent

57 days, more than 1800 candidates, more than 300 Soldiers supporting as cadre and #ArmyCAP26 has finished assessing its last candidates of the year. The #CommandAssessmentProgram relies on the support of hundreds of cadre to pull off each round of assessments. #ArmyCAP26 is no different, especially with #ArmyCAP's Operational Psychology Enterprise. It takes the work of a large team of psychologists to do the work necessary to support the assessments and CAP's robust feedback loop. #WorldClassFairConsistent

#ArmyCAP26 is in its final days but still going strong. From first candidate to last, each one gets the same #WorldClassFairConsistent experience. The Behavioral Health Specialists that come to #ArmyCAP to support our Operational Psychology Enterprise with proctoring psychometric exams and assisting the Psychologists are key to the completion of a successful program.
