?? New Episode Released Today! Great nonprofit leaders don’t have all the answers - they know their “why” and trust their team to figure out the “how.” In episode #308 of Your Path to Nonprofit Leadership, Chris Jenkins, Executive Director of Hope Restorations in Kinston, NC, shares how self-awareness has shaped his leadership journey. Chris has built a mission-driven team by focusing on trust, alignment, and strategic leadership—and letting his team take ownership of the “how.” ?? What you’ll learn in this episode: ? Why self-aware leaders create the strongest teams. ? How trust and autonomy lead to greater impact. ? The #1 mistake that kills team morale (hint: micromanagement). ? The key to effective succession planning—starting long before a transition. ? Why hiring people who challenge your perspective makes your organization stronger. This conversation is part of Podcasthon, a movement bringing together nearly 2,000 podcasters to amplify nonprofit voices! ?? ?? New episodes drop every Thursday! Follow Your Path to Nonprofit Leadership for insights that help you lead with purpose and confidence. AM Careers: Chief Development Officer, Hospitality House of Charlotte, https://lnkd.in/gweUiwHw In 2022, HHOC formed a committee to explore expansion possibilities. HHOC is working towards a formal plan and will begin a capital campaign within the next two years. Expanding to 70 suites and including rooms suited for immunocompromised patients will triple capacity and keep HHOC aligned with available lodging near other world-class hospital systems. The Chief Development Officer will play a critical role in laying the groundwork for the planning, research, and capacity building that will be needed for this expansion. Katie Weeks
